Articles delivered to section I and II are sent to the double-blind review (i.e. a double-blind review process - author / authors and reviewer / reviewers do not know their identity) to a specialist in the field addressed in the article. Based on the obtained anonymous review an article is accepted for publication by the Editorial Board. The Editorial Board informs the author about results of the review process and whether the article is accepted for publication without amendments, changes suggested by the reviewer are required or the article is rejected. Application of amendments indicated by the reviewer is a prerequisite for acceptance of the article. When the amendments are suggested by the reviewer or the article is rejected, the author receives a photocopy or scan of the review. The reviewer and the author of the article are not affiliated with the same institution.
